Think Leslie Sansone’s workout is too easy for you? Try this one, it’s Korean (I think), but you can still follow the moves. Warning: it’s a bit more intense! Your hands will be up in the air most of the time, you’ll be swaying your hips and squatting your legs. In just 15 minutes, you should be sweating doing this routine!
Don’t forget to do a couple of warm ups and cool downs before and after the workout.
